The two countries, then pickup and drop-off areas and the car type. The final price appears immediately.

You confirm your number
A short code over WhatsApp — it keeps out fake requests and makes your number verified.

We confirm and name your driver
Within the stated window you get the driver’s name, plate and phone number.

Your driver calls you
He makes the first call, and picks you up at the address you gave, at the agreed time.

What worries someone sending their daughter or their parents is not the price or the road — it is who will be behind the wheel. Here is what we do about that.
We choose him, not you
You are not picking a car at a garage or asking after a driver in a group chat. The matching happens here, among drivers we work with.
On file with us before he moves
His name, phone, plate and identity document are on record with us before the trip is assigned. It is not a name said over the phone.
You know him before he arrives
Before pickup you get his name, his plate and the number he will call from — so if someone else calls, you know at once that something is wrong.
Answerable to us after the trip
Every trip is recorded against its driver’s name, and we ask you about it after you arrive. If something goes wrong, the report channel is open.

Frequently asked
Is the price really all-inclusive?
Yes. The number you see covers the fare, border fees, insurance and waiting hours. We do not charge for waiting, however long it takes.
I am travelling alone — is the car shared?
The car is private to you and whoever is with you. A shared seat is available to request at a lower price, but it is a waiting list: we tell you if the car fills up, and if it does not, you owe us nothing.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Enter the traveller’s name and number; they receive the driver’s name and plate, and the driver calls them directly.
I am flying out of Beirut Airport — how do we set the time?
When the airport is your destination or your starting point, we ask for your flight number and set the pickup time around your departure or landing.
What documents do I need?
A valid passport for every traveller. Your driver knows the crossing procedures and stays with you through them.
